Gordon Wilkie - (Gordon)

Was very involved with our family.  I coached soccer and baseball for many years. Team parents for soccer, baseball, ice hockey and lacrosse. Involved with Cub Scouts for 8 years. We all were members of Civil Air Patrol for 6 years and traveled on military aircraft to Montgomery, AL, San Diego, CA, and the Upper Peninsula, MI.  Had held positions as committee chair in Cub Scouts, squadron commander in CAP, and held positions with the Delaware Lacrosse Association. I am on the advisory board for Delaware Aerospace Foundation and Longwood Cemetery.  We spend about 8 months in Florida and about 4 months in Ocean City, NJ.  While in Florida we bike 3 days a week and kayak 2 days a week.  Biking is usually around 30 miles and kayaking can be 4-6 miles.  Gators a welcome sights during the paddles.  Shorts and Tees are normal attire for the winter months.  We still enjoy working in our yard and playing for our many friends in the Venice, FL area.

Our sons will have a boy and girl each after my eldest’s daughter is born this February.  The below picture(2010) of Gordon’s wedding, Bryan and Gordon on the left, Bryan with wife Stacy and daughter, Isabelle and son Drew.   Gordon had a son, Drew, March 2011 and a daughter expected Feb 9, 2013.
