SCIBILIA JR., JOSEPH PASQUALE Joseph Pasquale “Grandpa Joe” Scibilia Jr., 70, of Leigh High Acres passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015 under the care of Hospice. He was born Dec 1, 1944 in Chester, PA. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corp for two years, serving in the Mediterranean and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He moved to Florida in May of 1980 where he worked for Florida Government Utility Authority, formerly US Service Corps, for 35 years. He is survived by his only son Joseph III and wife Jessica of Conway, SC; Brother Frank and wife Florence of Lewis, DE; Three grandchildren, Madison, Logan and London; and one great grandson, Liam. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered for his unwavering commitment to his family and his unconditional love and kindness. In accordance with his wishes there will be no formal services.
