Edward J. O'Hara - (Ed)

Hi all,
The following (or attached) messages are from Nancy Sparklin with information about the sad passing of our friend Ed O'Hara. We will miss him and his contagious laugh.
........Billy

Sorry to inform, but just heard that Ed O'Hara passed away on Sunday, Feb. 12 in Las Vegas, NV while on vacation with his wife. Not quite sure what the problem was but it could have been complications from gall bladder surgery that occurred out there. Have not heard anything yet as to funeral arrangements. His wife is due back in PA in the next day or so.

I would like to pass along some notes I got concerning Ed O'Hara's passing, that are certainly worth sharing:

Bill: So saddened to hear about Ed. Thank you for keeping me informed. I will forever remember Ed as he was on the dance floor in 1963, pants pulled up, white socks showing, and sliding his feet to the beat of the music. He was truly someone you met and remembered for life. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Again, thank you for letting us know. Take care.

Billy I could not do today. I went last PM to the viewing. What a sad situation. I suddenly was aware of my aging and mortality. I can remember Ed riding the bus and raising cane. I can also remember his laugh. I had the privilege of caring for his wife and him when I was in practice. I will miss him. At the viewing last night his wife spoke specifically to me as to how much they enjoyed the reunion and was so glad that they had gotten there. Thanks for all your efforts to keep us together.
