Leo F. Callen Jr., 64, of Newtown Square, formerly of Wallingford, on October 12, 2010 at his home. He was born April 5, 1946 in Chester the son of the late Leo F. Callen Sr. and Hilda (nee Holliday) Callen. Mr. Callen received his Bachelor's Degree from Widener University and was the owner of Pennsylvania Land Transfer Co. in Media for over 20 years. Leo was a U.S. Army Veteran, past president of Glen Riddle Rotary and was on the board of directors of First Keystone Bank. Mr. Callen was a patron of the arts and he enjoyed the Philadelphia Orchestra, Philadelphia Opera Co. and the Philadelphia Art Museum. He also enjoyed vacations to Lake George and his family was number one in his life. Mr. Callen was the beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Sankey) Callen; the awesome father of M. Colleen Powell (Shane), F. Patrick Callen (Melissa), Erin M. Callen, M. Kate Callen, Anne B. Callen and Meaghan M. Callen; dear brother of R.J. Callen, Kenneth Callen and Deborah A. Wickersham; also survived by his three grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his Calling Period Tuesday from 6-8pm at the Cavanagh Patterson Family Funeral Home 43 E. Baltimore Ave., Media. Services and interment private.
